حكم تارك الصلاة
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بين الرجل وبين الكفر والشرك ترك الصلاة
راه مسلم
وقوله في حديث بريدة رضي الله عنه في السنن العهد الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاة فمن تركها فقد كفر
رواه الترميذي وقال حديث حسن
وإذا تبين أن تارك الصلاة كافر فإنه يترتب عليه أحكام المرتدين وليس في النصوص أن تارك الصلاة
مؤمن أو أنه يدخل الجنة أوينجومن النار ونحو ذلك مما يحوجنا إلى تأويل الكفرالذي حكم به على تارك الصلاة
بأنه كفر نعمة أوكفر دون كفر ومنها
وإن مات وهوتارك للصلاة فإنه لايغسل ولايكفن ولايصلى عليه ولايدفن مع المسلمين
فلا يحل لأحد مات عنده ميت وهويعلم أنه لايصلي أن يقدمه للمسلمين يصلون عليه
بل يذهب به الى الصحراء ويحفر له ويدفنه بثيابه لأنه لاحرمة له
والله أعلم
